Designed to help you perform at your highest potential. Sessions focus on:
Addresses concerns that may interfere with daily functioning or overall well-being. Therapy focuses on:
Not every person seeking mental performance services needs therapy, and not every therapy client is looking for performance enhancement. But the two frequently meet in the middle.

One unique aspect of our practice is the ability to support clients across both areas.
Ashlyn Hulsey is both a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, allowing her to integrate mental performance training with evidence-based therapeutic approaches when clinically appropriate.
Paige Strate-Lutzow specializes exclusively in mental performance, helping clients build the psychological skills needed to thrive in sport, work, and other performance settings.
