Team & Group Services

Built for the team's goals

Team engagements are scoped to the sport, the season, and the specific outcomes your program is working toward. We can pair one-time workshops with ongoing consultation, or design a season-long program.

Common formats:

  • Team workshops (one-time or series)
  • Season-long consultation with athletes and coaching staff
  • Practice and competition observations
  • Individual consultations layered into team programs
  • Interdisciplinary work with strength & conditioning, athletic training, and academic support
